How do we bring it to life?
You have an ambitious strategy or important piece of work to deliver. Your team may be at capacity, or you need experienced leadership for a defined period.
I'll take responsibility for an agreed area of work, leading delivery, managing resources and partnerships, and reporting on progress.
The scope, decision-making authority, reporting arrangements and time commitment are agreed at the outset.
This might include:
Establishing a new programme or function
Leading a funded initiative
Managing a major partnership
Implementing a strategic priority
Coordinating work across organisations
Restoring momentum to a substantial project
What you gain
Experienced senior leadership, progress against agreed priorities and a planned handover to support continuity.
Typical engagement
A tailored, part-time leadership commission, often over six to twelve months. Fee agreed according to scope and responsibility.
